Maison Vivre + is a beautifully decorated holiday home, where you temporarily can enjoy the France life as it’s meant to be. An authentic French house has been renovated into a warm place, where you can relax, enjoy the space, the swimming pool, the surroundings and each other. The good life + much more!
The original stable, together with the house, has been transformed into a home where the authentic details are well balanced with the contemporary interior. In the large garden you will find the private swimming pool and the roofed terrace.

Maison Vivre + is a beautifully restored house, in the Midi-Pyrenees in France. Just a 1250 km drive from Utrecht and a 45 minutes drive south of Toulouse. Here you will be immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. From your terrace you have a wide view of the rolling green hills, with the mountains as an impressive decor.

The private villa can accommodate up to 6 people (and 2 children) and consists of two parts that are linked with each other. A great home to celebrate your holiday with friends and/or family.

The main part (Maison no.1) of the villa consists a living room with patio doors to the terrace. A beautiful open kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, etc. is at your disposal. In Maison no.1 is a loft, where two sleeping areas are made. Guests in the loft use the bathroom on the ground floor.

The smaller part (Maison no.2) of the house operates independently and consists of bedroom with boxsprings near the cosy fireplace, and you can use the bathroom on the groundfloor or on the first floor. On the firstfloor you will find a special bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the upper floor.

The furnishings of Maison Vivre+ consist the beautiful Scandinavian collection of the brand ‘Tine K Home’, which are combined with beautiful objects from different cultures. This has created a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The roofed terrace with BBQ and large dining table invites you to long sit-downs and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the village in the distance.

The swimming pool is sunk in the meadow and the sunbeds and umbrellas complete the outdoors. From Maison Vivre + you can drive in a few minutes to the village of Boulogne sur Gesse for your groceries at the local supermarket. Lac de la Gimone, a lake with sandy beaches, is also nearby and within a 15-20 minutes drive you will find some very good restaurants. In the surrounding area you can also visit vineyards, explore nice local markets or do a day trip to Toulouse, Biarritz or Andorra.
